Another excellent weekend.
On Saturday Ash was in Sheffield for the FutureWest Supercross.
In the youth, Ash qualified 1st in the morning and then went on to win the main event.
In the Pro Lights, Ash qualified 2nd in his heat behind Neville Bradshaw. In the main event Ash dropped the bike on the first lap leaving him dead last but went on to ride a tremendous race getting back up to 5th even though he slid out at the end of the whoop section and had to make up ground once again.

This weekend was as exciting as ever at the Weston Beach Race.

Ash had a brilliant start and was in 3rd place on the first lap behind Paul Edmondson and David Knight , he even managed a 2nd position at one point during the first few laps and kept Stefan Everts behind him for 6 laps.
Everts and Brad Anderson passed Ash to put him in 5th, but on lap 6 Edmondson had bike trouble taking him out of the race and Ash moved back into 4th with Steve Ramon chasing, Ash held him off until lap 11.
Ash then continued to ride a steady race to finish in 5th place behind Knight, Everts, Anderson and Ramon with only Knight having completed one more lap than him.

Next weekend Ash will be at Sheffield for the Future West Supercross Event.
