This weekend Ash was in Belfast for the Supercross.
Friday was not a very good day for Ash with the track surface being wet and sticky he couldn't seem to get it together.
Saturday, with the track in far better condition Ash was racing far better and finished 4th, 5th and 4th respectively in the heats giving him 4th overall behind Mike Brown, Jay Marmont and Brad Anderson.
This result took Ash into the final combined race of Lites and Sx where he finished 7th behind Brown, Gordon Crockard, Maramont, Shaun Simpson, Neville Bradshaw and Anderson.

This weekend Ash was once again at Wilden Lane for the winter series.
Race 1 saw some good racing with Ash & Shane Carless, but it was Ash who took the advantage when Carless made a mistake and he went on to take an easy win.
Race 2 Ash and Carless again had a good race with Ash leading to start, Carless passed Ash, but Ash passed him back in the penultimate lap with Carless chasing hard but Ash just managed to go over the finish line slightly ahead.
Race 3 and Ash had the lead with Carless dropping the bike twice and then pulling out of the race Ash had an easy win with Chad Yarranton finishing in 2nd place.
Next weekend is the Belfast Supercross.
Sat/Sun 11/12th November 2006
This weekend Ash was at Wilden Lane for an open 2 day meeting.
Saturday was a disappointing low turn out and Ash won all 3 races with ease.
Sunday was better and in race 1, Ash and Shane Carless had a good race, Ash took a while to pass Chad Yarranton letting Carless get away but he chased him catching lap by lap but run out of laps and had to settle for 2nd.
Race 2 and Ash and Carless again had a good race but this time Ash's pace was up, but mid way through the race Carless went down leaving Ash an easy win.
Race 3 and again a good race but Ash took the advantage and the final race win to take the overall for the weekend.
Sat/Sun 4/5th November 2006
This weekend Ash was at Barmouth for the Beach Race.
With bright blue skies, the beach was really dry and powdery. Ash raced well riding the 2-stroke and cleared off in Race 1 to take the win with ease.
Race 2 and Ash was on the 4-stroke this time but again he raced well to take the win with Shane Carless just behind in 2nd.
Sunday with the 2-stroke back on the line Ash cleared off in the first part of the race but on the penultimate lap Ash was thrown in the sand twice taking some nasty tumbles but he got back on the bike quickly and caught back up with Carless and James Dodd but with no more laps left he had to settle for 3rd.
Race 2 and Ash was slower off the start and disappointingly after just a couple of laps the bike said no more and Ash had to settle for a dnf.
Next week is Wilden Lane once again.
